Start Ich war schon immer begeistert davon, dass man im Animationsbereich im Grunde alles machen kann, was man will. Das hat mich dazu gebracht, Animation an der FAMU Film School in Prag zu studieren und Kurse an verschiedenen europäischen Animationsschulen zu belegen, darunter die Film Akademie Stuttgart, MOME in Budapest, der Animation Workshop in Dänemark und Gobelins in Paris. Seit dem Abschluss meines Masterstudiums in Animation arbeite ich als freiberuflicher Animator und versuche, kommerzielle Animations- und Illustrationsprojekte mit meinen eigenen künstlerischen Projekten in Einklang zu bringen.

Stil Mein Ziel ist es, saubere, einfache und verspielte Designs sowie farbenfrohe, dynamisch animierte Videos zu entwerfen, die positive Geschichten vermitteln, Menschen ermutigen und Freude in ihr Leben bringen.

Lieblingsmotive habe ich nicht.

Technik Textil- und Stoff-Animationen, Paper Cut Outs und Digital 2D. In den letzten Monaten bin ich auch superbegeistert von 3D Textil Simulationen und CGI Cloth Dynamics.

Inspiration Ein paar kreative Geister, die ich in den letzten Jahren auf Behance, Vimeo oder Pinterest entdeckt habe. Im Moment bin ich super inspiriert von dem Hamburger Künstler Vincent Schwenk. Und jede Menge Inspiration finde ich auch in Second-Hand-Läden, wo ich tonnenweise Kleidung für meine Stop-Motion-Textilanimationen kaufe.

Start I’ve always been amazed by the fact that in animation, you can essentially do anything you desire. This excitement led me to study Animation at FAMU Film School in Prague, Czech Republic, and to take courses at various European animation schools, including Film Akademie Stuttgart, MOME in Budapest, the Animation Workshop in Denmark, and Gobelins in Paris. Since completing my Master’s in Animation, I’ve worked as a freelance animator, I try to equally balance commercial animation and illustration projects with my own artistic projects.

Style I aim to create clean, simple and playful designs, as well as colorful, dynamically animated videos that convey positive stories, uplift people and bring happiness to their lives.

Favourite motifs –

Technique textile and fabric animation, paper cut out and digital 2D. In these months I am super excited about 3d textile simulations and cgi cloth dynamics.

Inspiration a bunch of a few creative spirits that I discovered in the last couple of years on behance, vimeo or pinterest. Right now I am super inspired by Hamburg-based artist Vincent Schwenk. And I usually find a lot of inspiration in second hand shops where I buy tons of clothes for my stop motion textile animations.
