A two day invasion that takes over the Direktorenhaus guerrilla style, bringing you an interactive show that balances on the edge of rawness and sophistication.
ANDY NOW features a group of Dutch artists whose work is influenced by growing up in the roaring 80s. Every artist represents an established unique discipline, filling the urban fine art spectrum with conceptual installations, video installations, edgy oil paintings, detailed monoprints and deeply layered 3d collages.
Despite their dispersed interests and methods, the individual artists are connected through a critical yet typical eye on the world. The overshadowing theme is prevalent in all pieces but only comes to fulfilment when seen as a whole.
