Gibt es magische Orte – und falls ja, was macht deren Magie aus? Stellen Sie diese Frage, so fallen die Antworten so unterschiedlich aus wie die Befragten selbst. Mit dieser Bildreihe möchte ich einige meiner Orte mit Ihnen teilen – und sollte ich Ihr Interesse geweckt haben, so reisen Sie zum Schweizer Rhonegletscher, nach Étretat in der Normandie, auf die bretonische Insel Belle-Île, in das Hochgebirge des spanischen Nationalparks Picos de Europa, auf die spanische Insel La Palma, entlang der Küste zwischen der Bretagne und der Normandie und auf der Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße.

Are there magical places – and if so, what makes them magical? If you ask this question, the answers will be as varied as the respondents themselves. With this series of pictures, I would like to share some of my places with you – and if I have aroused your interest, then travel to the Rhone Glacier in Switzerland, to Étretat in Normandy, to the island of Belle-Île in Brittany, to the high mountains of the Spanish Picos de Europa National Park, to the Spanish island of La Palma, along the coast between Brittany and Normandy and on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road.
