Petra Braun is an freelance illustrator based in Austria. She has a particular love for details and handmade textures as well as vivid and balanced color combinations. Specialised in digital illustration, her style is contemporary, feminine, vibrant and playful with a focus on women empowerment and her love for nature. She is highly inspired by strong women, the female body, animals and plants and likes to transport feelings, a special mood and athomsphere as well as an uplifting message.

Drawing and making stuff has always been her obsession, like drawing all over her schoolbooks (which was definitely more fun than doing homework).

She is also a qualified Graphic Designer, holds a degree in Fine Arts/Painting and Graphics and has a passion for storys, biographies and mythologies.
