Hello, my name is Eva Plaputta. Doing papercuts has become my main area of interest. When creating new works, I'm fascinated by the unique play of presence and absence. It is my goal to create an own reality through the portrayal of forms and surfaces. The concurrance of »directed coincidences«, visions, as well as subjective experiences are also part of my works. Beside my paper cuts, which I've been able to show at several exhibitions, I'm also working on narrative projects. I've been a student of Communication Design at the Folkwang University of Arts in Essen, Germany, since 2010. In 2014, I received my Bachelor´s degree.
